On Saturday August 7th, the Seattle Ghana SDA Fellowship welcomed sister Patricia Cole into the kingdom of God. Patricia was baptized by Pastor Nathaniel Good at the Kent SDA Church near Seattle. Patricia’s baptism represents an important milestone since it is the first baptism for the Seattle Ghana SDA Fellowship.
Patricia was introduced to the Seattle Ghana SDA Fellowship by Elder Samson Addai. Her journey began virtually by attending weekly Sabbath services on Zoom. The entire church embraced her and was delighted to have her be a part of the service.
Mrs. Tahia Good, the shepherdess of the church invited sister Patricia for Bible studies. Now, when the Spirit of the Lord is at work no machination of the evil one can stop it. Sister Patricia gladly welcomed the invitation to study God’s word.
During a Sabbath service in July 2021, Pastor Nathaniel Good, made an altar call for anyone contemplating baptism. The spirit of the Lord moved sister Patricia and she offered herself to be baptized. By God’s grace sister Patricia was baptized on August 7th 2021 into into God’s church. Her baptismal service was crowned with singing, praises, and prayers from the Seattle Ghana SDA family as well as her own family who came to support her.
